[Mickespel]

I though about something I think has been missing a bit and finding no really suitable other place to place this so I made this thread. This is simply a thread for suggested lore, to flesh out the world a bit. Suggestions could be discussed, added to or  in other ways improved. Ideas presented here, if liked, could then be used by mod makes, authors and maybe even Bioware if they like them.

To give an idea what I am talking about I will start with an lore idea of myself.

Traveler elves: These nomadic elves are not to be mistaken for the Dalish, sure there are some similarities in that they are both living a mobile lifestyle but where the Dalish do their best to avoid human contact, these are actually more like a mobile alianage eking out an existence working for humans in rural areas. Typically these people will travel from village to village taking jobs as seasonal workers, helping collect the harvest or work in construction projects. Some places that may lack their own specialists like blacksmiths may actually pile up damaged tools in wait for the elven blacksmiths yearly visit with his people. Usually these travelers are welcomed but there are always those that are upset that they are "stealing" their jobs, harassments are common.

Since a mobile lifestyle does not allow for a proper vhenadahl tree, camps are usually formed around a substitute local tree that look nice enough and are then adorned in various ways. Religion are the chant of light and, at least the larger groups will typically have their own priestess thou these are just barely recognized by the Chantry at large and few humans would allow themselves to participate in a sermon held by a "mere elf". Still, in some places, this is the only way to have a proper wedding since the cost of paying a human priest to travel to an way to remote location may be to high.
