Being a good person, althought it's hard. Also love which is one of the best things in human life. Thought it does seem like just a heavy chain you drag along, ya 'know. Hard to say because I see the world in black and white. Rarely felt happy about something. But I'm happy that I'm alive, that I have a wonderful sister and there's really no reason to be upset. I just need to enjoy every day as if it was my last.

For me there are several things that make life great and generally keep me in a positive mood.
1. Video Games, they are fun and all but the pleasure isn't lasting.
2. Friends and Family, it's always good when you have caring people to lean on and hang out with.
3. God, for me Jesus is the only everlasting happiness in life. It's really comforting to know there is a sovereign deity out there that has a plan and cares about each one of us.

Secret to living a happy life. For me its my family, my teachers, my good friends and my thinking. I mean u should be good to others not cruel or harsh 'n avoid unecessary anger. People will respect u, they'll bless u........making u feel happy ;d

After having surgery recently (and surviving, whoohoo!) I'd say that long term happiness depends on the connections you make; old friends, family, and lovers. Also confidence and accomplishment play large roles.
