Forgive my newbieness here guys but have just installed the game entered my code etc, got yhte main screen up and as i click start game nothing is happening??? its not crashed but game wont start?? what have i missed? hope yalll can help.

Seems really strange this one, game seems to have gone in perfectly,all content for me is up and ready for download, my account is correct etc. Just the damm play button clicks but nothing happens.
