Basically I have installed and played DA2 after I have played Origins and Awakening. I wanted to play Origins again and come up with a different history to play DA2 with.

The problem I am having is when I put in Origins/Awakening to play it the game tells me that I must log into my account using the same email and password as what was used for all my DLC. The rest of the problem is I am already signed in with the same email and password. I have even tried logging out and logging back in and I still get the same thing.

Does anyone have any idea what's going on and how to fix it? :(

Do you have the game on disc? If so, you're using the Awakening disc, and not the Origins disc, right?

You can confirm your DLC is assigned to the account by checking this page:

I have been to that page before and I log in with the same name and still get the same message as stated before. Im very perplexed and yes Im using the Awakenings disk. I have also tried the Origins disk with even more complication.

You can try official EA support by going to support.ea.com and clicking on "Contact Us". I suspect that they'll suggest reinstalling DAO... which might not be so bad if you're running it off the disks. You can back up your character data by copying the folder My Documents > Bioware > Dragon Age > Characters to a safe place before uninstalling, if you decide to do so. I would also suggest rebooting after you uninstall and before you reinstall.
