I wanted to add points to buy the DLC for 2, but over the past day the site repeatedly tells me an error occurred and to try again later.  
I wanted to add points to buy the DLC for DA 2, but over the past few days the site repeatedly tells me an error occurs whenever I try to add points. It's not the first time I buy points, nor with this credit card. Ideas?a

Similar problem here. Mine says that, "It seems that this purchase request has already been submitted. If you want to make another purchase, start over." Except that I haven't submitted this request, no purchase was made, no receipt was given, no points recieved, no Arrival purchased. I've made many purchases and now it is saying that it can't accept this particular card except I've recieved no warnings or information from my bank telling me that there is a problem, there is no evidence that it even attempted the transaction. And there doesn't appear to be much, if any, moderator activity in the Bioware points problems forum, though I did post there as well. And attempting to contact EA is not helping, I can't access their site. My password does not work and I'm not recieving the email to help remind me if I can't remember it. But there is no other evidence that something is fishy. *sigh* I don't know what to do or who to contact...
