Apologies if this has already been asked before, and I'm sure of it, seeing how there's loads of links on google which relate to the problem I'm having now, but no solutions.

First off, my system specs.

http://puu.sh/1EyU

Okay, I bought the standard edition on Steam and played it for a good 60 or so hours. After that, I tried to redeem the second code I got into EA download manager, just to see if it'll work. And it did. So I uninstalled the steam version and downloaded the game from EA manager, deleting the DragonAge folder in the Bioware folder in My Documents>Bioware>Dragon Age before redownloading. I also deleted the dragon age origins folder in my steam folder because for some reason, it was still there even after uninstallation.

Afterward, I clicked the "Ready to Install" button and it did nothing. I continuously clicked and clicked, until I checked the folder it was supposed to install to (C:>Program Files (X86) > Electronic Arts), and it was there. It ran fine and everything. When I played the Steam Version, I got a DLC for Blood Armour and Stone Prisoner. Now when I run this, there's absolutely nothing.

I can't even see any other DLC to buy and download. I could see everything on the Steam version, and now, there's nothing. I'm 100% sure I'm logged into the account which has the DLC.

I was even planning to buy Return to Ostagar and Warden's Keep today, but now it seems I can't. So afterward, I uninstalled this version, and took the pains to reinstall the steam version. It installed fine, but I had the same issue again (see 2nd image). I do not understand why it's like this. All I remember doing beforehand was installing DA origins after deleting the steam version, and editing my EA account to add DA origins.

Please help me with this issue. Thank you.

First off, thanks for posting your system specs. It helps.

Let's start by checking some menu items in game...
1) Make sure you're logged in using the correct Bioware/EA account
2) On the main menu (after the game has launched) go to Option > Online
3) Check the option for "Download previously purchased content"
4) Go back to the main menu and select Downloadable Content (the menu in your pic) and refresh your Bioware points. This will force the game to talk to the servers. See if it updates.

If it does not, it is possible you're having problems with the updater background service. There are several threads pinned to the top of the forum that can help.

Let us know how it goes, and please post back if you're having further issues!

I seemed to have fixed it after tinkering with some things, specifically a .bat which manually installs the updater service or something, however, I have another *minor* issue. Whenever I exit the game to reenter due to the lag I get for playing too long, it always says "please try again." and I have to login again. It works after that, but I did check "Always log me in", yet it somehow always logs me out. Any explanation/fix?

Thanks a lot though, your suggestion really did help me fix my main issue.

My problem is a bit different. I have Dragon Age Origins: Ultimate Edition, which I bought online through Impulse, which is owned by Stardock Corporation.

Now this says that it includes: Dragon Age: Origins, Dragon Age: Origins – Awakening Expansion Pack, and All Nine Content Packs.

So far, DA: Origins works fine, and the test of DA:O-AE looks like it would start fine, but when I looked at the 9 content packs, all I'm getting is the option to buy them. I registered everything that I could, and looked around for more places that I might need to register, but nothing has helped.

Yet when I look in the game, all I get is the option to buy these expansion packs

Looking at the picture above, I have been to that page, and I was able to download the Blood Dragon Armor since that was listed as free, but none of the expansion packs were listed there, and I've yet to find somewhere to log in or whatever I need to do to get them. I even tried putting my registration code into the "Redeem Code" option, but that just came back as invalid.

You're using Win 7 64 bit?  Does your Windows user account have administrative rights?

Then I would suggest you post your issue in a new thread, instead of usurping this one.  I'm sure you didn't intend to.  However, it's much easier to work on one technical issue in a thread, unless you want to add something to Stan's problem.

Let me suggest you browse some of the solutions in the roundup located here.

I added one last weeking concerning Impulse.  If those don't work, can you post in a new thread, and include all your hardware specs and OS information?  Thanks!
