baking interior surfave mesh

Having a problem with interior surface mesh... I don't recall this happening before. Image IPB

I lay out the tiles for a small dungeon, bake it so i can go and try it out, but the surface mesh ends up like this.. (click on link - the layout is down the stairs following the red arrow through a door and then round a corner.)

The problem is i can't make it past the first tile as the surface mesh won't let me...

Any ideas? - THANKS for any answers.

I have heard that sometimes, if you put a tile in, then bake it, then change the tile, the engine "remembers" the old tile walkmesh even though you changed it. Try deleting the tiles you are having a problem with, then re-bake, then add the ones you want, then bake again and see if that helps. If it doesn't, maybe try using a new area, hopefully you haven't put much time into this one yet! Hope this helps.
