Very excited that we are going to Mars.
And New York! Maybe Shep will fight Reapers from atop the Empire State Building!
It would be kinda ironic if something like this happened...

On the far right of one of the scans there's a dude in armour that looks like he's holding a tech mine from ME1..
I hope those are back..

Can somebody copy the OP for me without spoilers? I only want to know about gameplay changes
-
New skills for Shepard: launched in search of coverage to Max Payne,
rolling, jumping small holes in the ground, as the SWAT turn and strike
the enemy with greater variety of melee attacks. It specifically
mentions "a new class: Heavy Melee" take advantage of these capabilities
of combat.
- New skills: Engineer can build turrets.
- Customizable Weapons, guns, sight ... five variants in each section.
- Fighting more dynamic, forcing us to move more frequently. The game speed is improved by 10 to 15%.

The only thing I dislike is the idea of Reapers having diffirent sizes.
If the different sizes were like 50 meters to 2km I'd have an issue, but 500-600 meters to 2km no issue. 500 meters is still effing huge.it is about tripple the size of an aircraft carrier.
Now if there actually is a new class for heavy melee I will be irritated. I hope maybe it is enemy type heavy melee, or all classes have a heavy melee ability. The stupid level of a melee class in a shooting game is just too large for me. At least star wars has the force to explain it, Mass Effect just doesn't.

Anyway, I'm very interested in the new class and the cover mechanics. I wish I hadn't missed the scans though.

I think there's even a reaper who doesn't share the same basic shape.

Still trying to figure out how bioware including a possible melee-based class ruins your game experience... just dont choose it if you're that against it. Others, such as myself, may enjoy such a class.

Some things here have got me excited. A couple of points not so much, but again that mainly due to lack of information and appropriate context.
Still really dont like the sound of "rolling"
Because God forbids that Shepard is able to do something special forces are taught in basic training, right?
Not that.
Its because I have that horrible image of Gears of War where you can somehow forward roll 6 meters and every time you do it you grunt and moan.

A clown pie throwing class might be fun for some, but it is so ridiculous that is makes it a bad idea for the game overall and wrecks the feel of the game. A melee class is the same thing. Storm Shadow might be cool in GiJoe, but you wont see karate chop master as a combat role in the military. But I suspect it is a bad translation anyways.

My issue is sometimes moves like this become the method of transit, and the game kind of looks lame when you combat roll everywhere.

BTW of course all reapers aren't sovereign sized. There's some distinction between them and that's good.

I saw one that looked like a crab.

I love the idea of fighting Cerberus soldiers in big, mecha style armored suits - particularly if we get to blast parts of said armor apart!

I wonder if the turret will be replacing the Combat Drone for the Engineer. This indicates to me that the classes could be looking very different (and even more distinct) in ME3.

I was thinking more possible evolution instead of replace. One Drone path might remove its mobility but increase its durability and firepower for exmaple.

Maybe the turret is an evolved version of the combat drone, since ME3's power system will branch out more.

I think the melee class can be interesting, but it's a weird time to implement it. I mean, you're fighting reapers. It's not like you can arm lock them.
As much as I hate the idea of a melee class the idea of shooting a 500 meter to 2km spaceship with a sidearm is almost just as implausible.
