Well, it's not all bad. Look who greeted Loghain when he reported to the Wardens in Val Royeaux:

Bah, can't give Bowie over the fake French. I vote for him voicing the First Warden. Or the Warden's replacement in Ferelden.

Maybe he can be from the Anderfels since Orlais is so politically minded it'd be best if their leader in the capitol is not a native. Huh, yeah, see I'm not all innuendo and crazy ideas. Sometimes I make sense. Sometimes my hot breath on your collective necks is moments away from fueling a whisper of good advice and not guessing what you're wearing underneath your clothes..TheBlackBaron wrote...

As long as I'm not playing as that guy, I'm cool with the whole Orlais angle. I played the Orlesian Warden, so meh.

somehow I just knew I'd immediately see that pic ^^^ in an Orlais thread. Wouldn't matter what page I went to, that pic would've found a way to be there.

Well, somebody had to post it. :innocent:
Although I laughed harder at the Orlesian Grey Warden one myself.

I would however opt for somewhere that hasn't been fully brought in yet, since I felt Orlais was pretty much set out for me in Origins and Awakening. Maybe Seheron or Rivain or the Anderfels.

Setting isn't my primary concern, though-quality and (re)playability are.

Most of the forshadowing seems to imply Orlais and Tevinter will be featured in the future, specifically Val Royeaux and Minrathrous, which could both be shown in one game in the event of an Exalted March...

Orlais to me means more chantry storylines.
screeching accents and the possible destruction of Ferelden.
Also am i the only one who thought the antivan accents in DA2 sound forced and fake?
I was hoping for Antiva or Tevinter.
If the game is set in Orlais, I will have no problem with that, anything which expands on the game's universe is OK by mme, as long as it's done well.
This is assuming it's a Dragon Age game, which from what I've read about it, it might not be. I won't be vaguely interested if it's like DA2, I'm afraid.

But they have had some Orlesians with better accents. Riordan sounded hot, and Leliana wasn't too bad. Nor was that Orlesian woman in the Denerim market. Can't think of any Orlesians in DA2.

Urthermiel, being the old god of beauty could also lay a reasonable claim to glam. Maybe the OGB is just straight up David Bowie. Or since it's the child, the also acclaimed Zowie Bowie; director of Moon and repeat poor facial hair offender.
edit at above post: ***t is going down in Orlais, Sandal worthy ****.
