It's Garrus.

The Garrus romance was terrible.  He's an awesome character but the romance was just facepalm.  In fact a relationship is barely even mentioned, they essentially just arrange to have sex.

Nothing wrong with it, it just wasn't exactly a romantic tale like Alistair's romance.

Although if Mordin is to be believed, there's something wrong with a sexual relationship where you have to be careful with oral.

I didn't mind it too much, it was cute to see him so nervous. But its kinda like "where can this relationship go" at this point.Hopefully ME3 won't be a disappointment in that regard like DA2

And in ME3, how far can it go when the known galaxy is about to be overrun?  Will you even have a chance for ANY romantic moments?  At least in DA2 they had 7 years before all hell broke loose.

And by this point, Shepard is presumably in an established romance with their LI, so it's not like the romantic build up we see in every other Bioware game. Not sure how they'll make it work.
