Ok, so iv got a nice computer. It takes crysis 1 maxed out. iv got an ati radeon hd 6870 gpu. When the graphics is set to default on DAO, almost everything is maxed out with 60- 120 fps. But even though my FPS is high, i still experience some screen tearing. Because of the screen tearing, i tried to turn off anti alliasing and texture detail, but i still experience the same screen tearing. So any suggestions?

Thx for answears.

You can enable Vsync in a checkbox in the options. That should remove all screen tearing. It reduces fps slightly, but you should be able to max it anyways so long as you have a decentcpu to go with your video card.

I always thought v-sync was the main problem for screen tearing, but il try it right away. Thx m8.

I've found that when played at high framerates, Dragon Age has noticeable tearing and a weird stuttering effect that goes away when you limit the framerate by turning on v-sync. Kind of strange, but it's not really a game that requires fast reaction times, and v-sync doesn't add any noticeable input lag to the mouse (which would be a nightmare otherwise).
