I have the DLC installed and when I speak with Felix, the option to get the control rod says

"(Download Content) Let's take a look.

The next screen then tells me that I own the content and that I need to download it.  I check and it is downloaded and installed and this just keeps coming up.

is there a way to work around this problem?

If you launch the game and go to Downloadable Content > Installed Content (tab)... is the Stone Prisoner DLC authorized? In other words, does it have a check mark by it?

Hmmm... okay... I notice you have both the plain old vanilla Origins and Awakening, plus the Ultimate Edition. Did you completely uninstall the older vanilla versions of the game before installing UE?

Also, how did you buy UE... is it on disc, digital download, Steam?

right now, I don't have the UE installed. I have the Collector's Edition installed with Awakenings. I have the UE on Disc.

Did you pull any DLC off the UE discs?  I asked because, based on your post, it appears that the game does not recognize that you actually have the Stone Prisoner installed.

Not sure what could have caused this...  do you have any mods installed?  If so, you can try removing them.

The easiest solution may be to backup your saved games, do a full uninstall, and then reinstall the game using the Ultimate Edition discs.  If both your Collectors and Ultimate Editions are registered to the same account, you should be able to use your CE bonus items in-game...
