I think pretty much the only change is a lighter skin color, but I'd like her to look like this:

Looks like various "fair-skinned Isabela" mods would do the trick.

The problem is, they also change her face/hair color/hairstyle.

It would be great if I could just go in and change her skin color, but I am terrible with these tools and all their random numbers -- which is why I asked a modder to do it!

Actually a few of the them let you choose hair colour as well.

Can I ask why people want to change Isabel's skin color? I find it mildly offensive, being someone of a heritage with darker skin tones. You don't ever hear about anyone wanting to make Anders or Aveline black? To me, it seems racist to want your isabel to be a white girl.
