My first one went Assassin/Shadow, so I'm looking for something different. Also, someone told me that making a Sword+Shield DW Rogue can be sick, or at least, Dagger+Shield?
Duelist/? for a DW Rogue?

There is no such thing as S&S rogue. D&S rogue is a term that was coined by yours truly to denote a rogue taking advantage of one of the so-called "cross-class shields" (Defender of the Wall, Volcanic Shield). It will do a ton of damage, since shields' basic damage in DW stance is calculated off their armor rating (which tends to be very high). See my signature for more details.

Ok, but that's going to require me pumping Con for Shield usage, right? Or do Shields needs STR+Con, I can never remember. Also, what should my second spec be with Duelist? Assasin or Shadow?
