Tried a search and came up with squat.
1) If you have two mages running EW with two different type of staves would they stack?
2) Does EW increase a mages autoattack damage
3) Does a staff that does physical dmg, i.e. Staff of the Magister, contribute to EW? Not sure if Physical Dmg is considered Elemental or not (I would think not but seen weirder stuff)
Elemental Weapons stack from 2 mages?

1) Yes, if you mean the spell, but it's harder to get two of them "on" same time. (same type does not stack)
2) You mean staff damage? Yes I assume as it's shown in staff damage when looked.
3) Yes, physical damage works too, if staff is physical damage one.
This is based what is seen when you look staff damage stuff. What they actually does in combat is other matter.
PS: In nightmare difficulty your mages staff's elemental type is based enemy elemental weakness, so having two different elementals, isn't allways wise choise.
