What do you guys think her chances of returning in Mass Effect 3 are? Sorry if this has been discussed before, I have only read the Game Informer story, so I don't know if anything has been confirmed since then.

Indeed, she's a tough nut to crack during the finale. Even if she isn't loyal, no matter where she goes she won't go down unless you have her in your party during the final battle. BioWare seems to have gone the extra mile to ensure the maximum number of players have Miranda alive in ME3, so I think it's safe to say they have something planned for her.

that list but considering how many characters impressed me, it's still
an accomplishment.

Strahotski is a great actress, but Miranda as a character never really did much for me. Pretty to look at, but not much beyond that. But, I'm a Jack kind of guy anyway. Maybe that makes me weird, I don't know.
I was going to point out that you guys are spelling her name wrong, but then it hit me.
With Cerberus is trying to kill Shep in ME3 there's no way that Miranda won't play a prominent role in ME3 (which is further supported by her massive plot armor during the Suicide Mission). It'll be interesting to see what BW does if you decided to let her die; Miranda was one of Cerberus top agents and knows a good deal about how they operate. Not to mention that she's one of the few people who's seen TIM in person (i.e. she may be familiar with his ship's movement patterns).

Sorry for bothering but we had this topic like 4-5 days ago and we disccused it till death. I'm sure you can find it with little effort because I don't want to repeat what I explained already there.
Seems to me that we get at least one Miranda thread every day.
I'm pretty sure she will be in the game.

Exactly. Not to mention she's just a great character who has ag reat character arch of her own. In ME2 I pretty much used her and Garrus in every mission, with Thane as an alternate, and Grunt on occasion. If it was aloyalty mission, chances are it was Miranda that was gonna be the 3rd wheel, whe's great in combat and compliments the Garrus Shep team really well.

I'm very much looking forward to my mostly anti-Cerberus Shepard standing beside Miranda as the two of them finally race to the finish line and corner The Illusive Man. No doubt he'll play his cards regarding his former top agent. I'm excited at the prospect of seeing Miranda's retorts.

That's quite similar to my routine. I used Miranda, Garrus and Tali rather frequently, with Grunt and Thane switching in sometimes.
I used Legion for much of the last leg of the game because he immediately impressed me. My final battle party was Shepard, Miranda and Legion.

Legion is awesome, sadly in every playthrough I've done I've only used him in his loyalty mission and Overlord which I always do after the suicide mission just so I can use Legion in it. During the suicide mission I use him as the tech expert.

Hey, that's a cool idea. I think next time I play I'm going to reserve Overlord for post-Legion as well. Fighting rows of geth alongside a geth while a madman tries to hook his brother up with the geth.
That's a lot of geth.

On a more serious note, it would seem rather strange if she did not reappear in ME3.
