 I have 6/6 Heavy Weapons Ammo, which should be 90% if I'm counting right. How come when wearing the Cerberus Armor I have only 190% and not 200% total ammo for the Cain?

Armor bonuses are sometimes bugged. A quicksave - reload should fix it.

As Boz said, it's bugged, and it's just not the Cerberus armor, but all armor and pieces of armor that increase weapon/heavy weapon ammo. This always happens if you decide to change weapon loadout at an armory in the middle of a mission. Fix it by saving after you're satisfied with your new loadout, then reload that save.

It is all about the 200% with the cain and the final boss. Cut that tedious fight down by half. You can also get it if you do the arrival DLC before the final mission, Seems a bit out of place but it is possible.
