One of the only reasons I played DA2 was to see my beloved flemeth again. The outfit change makes me love her even more. But how she has less than 10 minutes of screen time raged me. When the credits came on, i shouted, "FLEMETH!? WHERE ARE YOU!?"
Flemeth!?

I get the feeling that flemeth is going to be one of those characters who has a hand in the backround of all the major happenings in the franchise but never gets more envolved then that.

I think she has a hand but is also a villain. Why else would Morrigan try so hard to get rid of her? (Besides the obvious)

I think (and hope) that it'll be left up to the player to decide if she's a villain or not. History would probably make returning PC's biased.
My warden would see her as one, but that's hardly an objective point of view, since he'd just be trying to help Morrigan. In fact it could come down to Wynnes "prophecy" that the warden might one day have to choose between Morrigan and the greater good, if in fact Flemeth turns out to be doing something for the greater good. Now that would be interesting.
Hawke would probably be much less inclined to see Flemeth as a villain, since he has only had fair and forthright dealings with her.
