I think it would make alot of sense and be reality cool/creative if we
could have the rachni queen (or at least a Brood Warrior) as a squadmate
in ME3, assuming you spared the rachni queen in ME1. What does everyone
think? She(it?) would have really unique powers, for example spawning rachni workers to overwhelm the enemy.

I would say no, but you didn't put that in as an option. I doubt it would work with the current style of combat anyway, There is a reason most aliens and all your squadmates are humanoid an about the same size. Even if that wasn't an issue at all the queen herself should not be a squadmember. The Queen should not be the one fighting unless backed into a corner with no other way out.
