Hi guys,
I've downloaded the EADM (download manager) and have retrieved my online code. Now, the faq says to open EADM and enter your code.... however, where the hell do I enter it?
I figured that you select the game and enter it somewhere in the purchase menu, but it says code not recognised (and yes, I have activated the black emprium). The intructions are rather vague all round, and I'm surprised I got this far already.
Any ideas would be appreciated.

They aren't vague they are quite clear, if somewhat disorienting if you skim them and assuming that you know how to activate an online key.
Go here: http://social.bioware.com/me2offer/
If it asks for your code enter your BE one; if you've already activated it you should receive a code- that's your ME2 code.
Go to EADM. At the top panel you can see a small gear wheel next to your account name. Click on it and choose Redeem Game Code; enter your ME2 in there. You should have ME2 available now.
