Anyone know a good source for this mod? I have seen multiple mention it on the forums, and I would like to play around with it. Having sten go sword and board with a bunch of 2 hander talents was kinda meh, Thank you...!

There seem to be a bunch of good mods hidden in the projects section.. but you kind of have to dig page by page. Hopefully that'll get some sort of sort option.

Respec Mod

This is an excellent mod. What it does is that it adds a raven, you will find one at Flemeth hut, as well as in your party camp.

When you click it you can opt to get a potion which you drink to respec. The raven can also change your class if you want.

I always use it to get rid of those pre-determined talents and skills they give you so that I can create my character entirely the way I wish it to me.

Actually have a question about this mod if anyone can answer it for me...



When you try and respec a character, what happens to the skill points that they been assigned?



And do they still have the skill points from the various skill level up books that you can buy? I would hate to waste all that gold.

I'm not sure about books, I know it gives you credit for the Fade stat points though.

I am having trouble i guess opening it? I download the file .zip open up the daupdater in the game file and look for the zip file and can't get it...anyone have a tip...I know I suck.

Rolandable: make sure that you put the .dazip file in the bin_ship directory off the main dragon age install dir(the same one with daupdater) like c:\\program files\\Dragon Age\\bin_ship

then you should be able to select it and install.

Having trouble using it:



It resets all my points alright. But immediately after I click the 'level up' all my spells, talents, etc are reset to random stuff! I can't choose my attributes!



Can someone help please?!

They are reset to base starting attributes.

I just clicked  the DAZIPs button and used the file tree to my download dir you don't need to unzip it first nor move it to bin_ship.

i downloaded mod and i dont understand how to use it is it a button or what that you push to reset the characters talents. please help

You drink/use the respec potion that appears in your inventory. And if I have this correctly, the potion can be used only by the one that took it from the raven.
