Again people need to think of Qunari are the belief system and the Kossith as the race that mostly makes up its followers. So when they say Qunari women, they mean Kossith Females. The Kossith being the horned people with the love of cookies... and discipline.
Oh I'll show her discipline. She will satisfy the demands of my Qun.

A Friend and I had An Idea for this,
Since Almost all Qunari we have seen have been Part of the Arishok, it'd been nice to see a member of one of the other parts of the Trimunitive, that being the craftsmen and the Preisthood, these two are also far more open to members of either gender, which gives us our chance for our Female Qunari.
Thinking over what role they could play in the class, we Had to think of a few things: we wouldnt want her to be yet another big bruser, So perhaps a Sarabas, and at the same time, The Kossith dont fit either of the rogue molds of Sneaky duel weilder, or deadly archer.
And then It hit us.
A Qunari Rifewoman/Grenadeir, after all, the Quanari are the only ones with a real understanding of gunpowder, and given their rapid technological advances, It would make total sence for say, One Brilliant Mind to come up with enough of a breakthough to create such a weapon.
Perhaps she's out feild testing, Perhaps she realized that the weapon was too deadly to fall into the hands of others, and broke From the Qun, Either way, It would Provide a great insight into A different part of Qunari Society, which Obviously many Dragonage fans are Hungery for.
