How do I get them onto my character?  And how do I link my character to an account?  I want to make sure I get my unlocks b ut I dont know how to do this.  Is there a link someone can show me that will explain it?

Just log into the account in-game and download the items. They'll be available at the appropriate points in the game.

There is no single link that we can point it to. The ultimate "data store" is your EA profile. there is a dashboard where you can either buy content directly or you can enter the promotional codes for unlocks that you have from purchases, events, games, etc.



To access that point, the way that they are trying to implement it so that it is less "jarring" to the end user experience is to plant NPCs in natural settings who gicves you the quest text. When it gets to the point where it consideres whether you go on the quest or not, it will do a content check and provide you the DLC interface if you need it.

You have to beat the game and the final boss will give you a key to open your level one exclusive unlock-able toys. But no seriously, how should anyone know other than bioware at this point?

We "know" because of a myriad of different posts and comments and interviews and game reviews which disclose collectively how DLC is integrated.

Right now only Bioware (and the reviewers) Know Authoritatively™.
