@Conrad Verner Turning a glitch into a character's mistake... that would be the ultimate and the most raddichio workaround I have ever seen. Do it.

I hope we can see some Reaper cores to see what actually has been wiped out.

Sense. That's what was wiped out with introducing the human raper. I hope we won't have to see such things again and we'll be able to forget it ever happened

After revival
After first mission
Before and after Horison.
Before and after the collecter ship.
Before the suicide missin.
After the suicide mission.

Also after Jacob's Loyalty.

Don't forget, we also see him at the beginning of the game, which is supposed to take place 2 years before ME2 starts and his station is still orbiting the same star.

Nice Q&A. Liked it!

"Where is the Illusive Man physically located during the course of Mass Effect 2? What’s going on with that colorful cosmic display outside his window?"

"The colorful cosmic display is a clue to the location of the Illusive Man, which I can't reveal. Not yet."
Me like

Yep. Let´s wait and see.

Some good info. Walters clearly said that
the Reapers were created for a purpose. Should be fun finding out what
that purpose is. And as to the Illusive Man's base, during the
conversations in ME2 the base is at clearly at different locations. In
one conversation, before or after Horizon, the base is near a green
planet which you can see on the right side. More so it says in
"Retribution" that he moves the base around all the time, but always in
front of spectacular stars so he seems all knowing.

That jumped in my eye right away! Gosh, 8 Months to go xD

Yeah I was super intrigued by the Illusive Man's location question, wow thats got me even more excited for ME3 just find out! I also liked the mention of the matriarch at the bar as Liara's father, very intriguing as I hope that means she and Ilium will return in ME3. Awesome interview, so much good stuff.

Where was the question asking about team mates armour customisation?

Where was the question asking about the HUD and stupid damage crayon drawings?

If this was supposedly a die hard fan Q&A then given how debated the subjects are, surely they would have been some of the first questions asked.

We need answers to questions that are holding people back from pre-ordering the game, not mindless trivia that does nothing but spoil any surprises in the story.

I don't know, this is just a guess, but maybe, maybe they want to leave a few things secret so they have more to reveal in the coming months, instead of blowing their load nearly a year before the game releases.

It should have been obvious to everyone that this was a QandA about minor nitpick things, asari eyebrows, the Conrad glitch etc, it was not meant to be a major interview about ME3.

You should all know that Conrad Verner is the ultimate anti-reaper weapon. Shepard has always been riding on his coat-tails.

I like how they're turning the conrad bug into something good in ME3. That bug was worth it, otherwise no one would have seen how great conrad was in ME2

I'm just thankful that Bioware is doing a MUCH better job this time around staying away from spoilers whilst at the same time being able to talk up and hype up their game. :)

I just  feel bad for PS3 players who never a chance got to meet Conrad at all because they could not import a ME1 save.Image IPB

Name me one type of media that asks "hard questions".

Have you ever seen a film journalist ask detailed questions about a plot to a director, 6 months before release? No, of course you haven't.

Have you ever seen a journalist ask an author detailed questions about a plot 6 months before it is released? No.

The reason? Because it's rude and it is obvious that they won't say anything. I don't know if you realise this - but giving away the plot to your narrative 6 months before release is a bad move.

Get a brain in your head. You are whinging and carrying on about absolute rubbish in nearly every post you make.

And he's apparently still there at beginning of Retribution:

The Illusive Man sat in his chair, staring out the viewing window that formed the entire outer wall of his inner sanctum. The unnamed space station he used as his base was orbiting a red giant-class M star. The semispherical edge of the burning sun filled the entire lower half of the viewing window, its brightness dominating but not completely obscuring the field of stars behind it.

He doesn't move it until the very end of the book.

About TIM's base location, in Retribution is stated that they only move the base when a field operative takes step in the base. When this field operative leaves, they go to another place to avoid the possibility that field operative reveal their location.
