Killing creatures without showing death animations?

Anyone know if there is a way to kill a creature via scripting, in a way that doesn't show their death animation? I've seen this happen before but I can't for the life of me figure out exactly how to do it. I've tried UT_KillTeam, KillCreature, and SetDead, and none of those functions seem to work or have a parameter that allows me to stop the animation from happening. Reason why is, I have a cutscene where NPCs die, and want their bodies to be laying on the ground without them all falling down the instant the cutscene ends.
