So i recently downloaded DA2 from EA online using their whole EA Downloader but it only gives me so many files and such to the point where I can not enable the developer console. It won't give me access to the DragonAge2Launcher.xml or whatever to edit that nor does it give me the Setting file with the keybindings.

Pretty much what I'm trying to find out is how can I enable the dev console on the EA downloaded Dragon Age 2?

Any help at all would be appreciated. Thanks in advance!
