Talk to them at their resident. Giving a gift is a 'quest' in this game that's initiated by talking to them at their residence.

What about isabella? Wheres hers?
Also Ive just killed the dragon in the quest " The Deep Roads Expedition" is it too late to talk to them at theirs homes?

The only gift in Act I is the one for your sibling. You will not have another opportunity to give it to them no.
