If it fits the character, it fits.  Design should be based off the character, and they pretty much are in both ME and ME2.

I do find it interesting though that you have no problem with Jack, who was very much oversexualized...

With this ideolgy...If I were a fat woman I'd be complaining about the lack of fat women in the game...or perhaps not the lack...but pointing out that there are no fat women in ME universe...
So it's all relative...Hey when i say the vid of Jacob doing push ups shirtless...you didn't see me complaining here...even though I might have thought it to be out of place...

I just choose to see the game for what it truly is...a space adventure...with a great story(for me) and great characters...some sexy, some,****ty or not...I mean again...it's just a game...

Uh, no.  That's what the gaming industry thinks.  And that's why I'm pissed.

As for fitting the character, I mentioned that in the OP.  It's one of the reasons I didn't really b*tch until this point.

And as for Jack, the whole topless thing was more for shock value and less for sex appeal.  Like you said, it suits the character.  And the camera doesn't do much boobie-zooming on her.  There was one conversation where the camera went all HEY LOOK SIDEBOOB (which annoyed me), and then another where it did a slow pan for the tattoos.

I also know that this is what we have been seeing and consuming since a long time ago,in movies,commercials,magazines etc etc etc...
So it's not that I support it,it's that I don't pay attention to those things...I'm sorry but at least I'm honest with you...I was too concentrated with the story of the game to actually thinkl about this.

As a man I find miranda sexy as I found Liara sexy in ME1,I thought it gave the game a mature touch,did I find Jacobs package out of place...no...did I complain about it...no

omfg I agree 100% with OP. I could be considered a young'n I suppose, but god damn, I was so sick of Miranda's ass having more screen time then her face. I'm sorry, but ****s aren't beautiful. The new appearance DLC made her bearable to look at but I still can't use her. She's still got that incredibly ****ty look about her. UGH Bioware bring back full body armor and slap them on the females that are actually going to be in a combat situation. SERIOUSLY! A CAT SUIT WILL NOT PROTECT YOU AS MUCH AS HEAVY ARMOR! /rant

The problem is, if you don't pay attention, it'll get worse.

Really, all I'm asking for here is sensible combat gear and no more cheap T&A than there was in ME2, perhaps even just a touch less.  I'm not trying to suck the fun out of it for folks that like boobs, but I'd like to be able to enjoy the game.  Hard to do that when other people's butts are being shoved in my face.

Well, what exactly is causing you to b*tch then? 

Miranda was "designed to be perfect".  Kelly has a moderate bust and isn't all "sexed up".  Tali is very modestly designed.  Jack is... Jack.  The only one I can even kinda see an argument for using "sex sells" just for the sake of it is Samara. 

Ashley (in the ME3 pic) I just chalked up to the fact that she's not wearing her armor.  Instead she's got a bodysuit on that isn't flattening her up.
