Bahahahaha! You look like how Crimson acts!

I'm sorry, that was probably very innappropriate and insulting.

But really, what the hell man?! :o

I agree with the ratio behind the OP. Especially with question of body shots.

IMO too many movie studios and game developers rely too heavily on shots of attractive body parts of game / movie protagonists. While there's not much wrong with the desire to have attractive characters, the way the modern editors use camera in many (cut)scenes is a little bit ...  ... disrespectful... sometimes.

- Disclaimer: I have nothing against Miranda and I romanced her.

I mean, I usually love the detailed models of characters (graphics are important for me) and I appreciate the effort that was put into them, but no one can expect me to take seriously what they are saying - i.e. what actually developers want to communicate through them - if the camera director forces me to look at their... (I'let you pick the part of body) so often. It just doesn't work for me. Not in real life and not in games (maybe in movies:P).

That being said, it's not that big deal for me, but I would still prefer if Mass Effect tried to impress us with drama, dialogues, etc. instead of hot shots of bodies Baywatch-style. Both are  fun, but the former makes me feel like a deeper person, which is good. ^_^

these stats are pure bs, i know several female gamers and none of them play mass effect. A few play cod (poorly, for like an hour a month) but its games like barbies dream house and other lame non complicated games that girls prefer. i'm willing to bet that for serious 3-5 days a week, new game buying, merchandize quaffing gamers the stats r more like 90% male 10% female. besides girls complain about everything, am i right fellas. wahhh my vaginas bleeding, pshh... get over it.

Sorry to burst your bubble. I'm a female gamer and I have finished said ME2 about 20 times. In my betatesting times I spent 12 hours a day gaming, and believer me, it was not Barbie or Sims. I haven't even touched Sims in my life. I don't even know why I bother to answer to pubertetic hormonal disaster like you, but here you got it.

You can add my voice to that too, I am female and I love the mass effect games and have multiple, multiple playthroughs.

is it wrong that i was turned on by your "multiple, multiple playthroughs" comment?

i can see your a free spirit based on your rainbow collared coat(not judging) and the fact that your sticking out your tongue says "i'm fun and don't take myself too seriously" but i think you need to get your glasses checked jeff. I mean your girlfriend looks like a total tryhard, is that a velvet track suit? she really has let herself go.

To the OP, its been awhile since I came back to the forums, but I remember complaining about this on the original ME1 forums when the characters were started to be revealed for ME2, and how Samara and Miranda were showing their stuff. This was also around the time they said there would be no armor customization for your squad. I asked if there was a way to make it more believable Chris Priestly told me to relax and just wait and see once the game came out. Well, turns out I was right (swapping two colors hardly counts as armor customization) and it looks like its going towards that path again.

I hold hope BW will try to rid the game of the sexuality where it is not needed, but hey, give the people what they want, as I know I am in the minority.
