Awesome stuff, though, glad to be getting my turian homeboy back.

What do you do with a female turian? Sure, you can keep adhering to the good old rule of "****** or GTFO"...but why not just give a female voice to the generic turian model? It's a freaking hourglass-shaped alien with an animal head, not some rugged epitome of human manliness. It'll work well enough.

Great to see Garrus with his face fixed again, you're my boy Blue! The armour is cool, though the concept art with white instead of silver looks a lot better
It's not fixed, he still has his scar.

Silver... WTF Bioware! Can you imagine all the lens flare when Garrus runs in front of you?!! I guess I'll be renting ME3 instead of buying.
This comment made me laugh harder than I should have.

You need to buy the first day gear DLC. It includes shaders, only then you can play with Garrus in your party without going blind.

It's a little funny how he has almost the same colors as the ship.

I had to do it at least once. Sorry.

Hopefully its the non-bandaged Garrus, as it looks 10x better in my opinion.

So, does Garrus have the bandage removed in ME3? His ME3 pictures show him with and without the bandage, so I'm a bit confused as too which is the "correct" Garrus.

Maybe they showed a different layer of his model. I dunno.
But I guess he could do just fine without it, since it has been months since the accident.

If they don't show us any Turian females I will be disappointed. I don't care how they will look, I just want them to be in game.
I agree. They better at least have salarian females, if we are going to Sur'Kesh, the salarian homeworld to ask for their help against the reapers. There is just no excuse not to show them there, since females lead the society.

And I'm eager to see quarian face. I understand what ****storm it will cause, but I still want to know how they look like under those helmets.

my heart skipped a beat when he seemed to deny turian females fro ME3, but i listened it back... and, like some other people have said, he was merely saying that he was putting it off. besides, we have now seen them in ME Evolution, so this video may be outdated
Or maybe they just don't like comic book design and want to create something better? After all, we don't know who designed those turian females in Evolution. Maybe it's just artist's own design.

The comic books are not really something to go off of. They're pretty set apart from the universe as described by the codex and books.

The one with-bandage appears to be his ME2 face model. You can tell because the scarring is the same darker color and he still has the old style scouter/monocle. I guess they worked on his armor first and then worked on updating his face.-Skorpious- wrote...

Hmm does this really mean he's going to be a permament squadmate? Can't believe they'd tease us with Garrus this much if he's only a Temp. No it cannot be true! I don't want to be wrong even if it does make me happy!

Other than that.. so in love with the new armour. Look at all the extra detail! I've also noticed that the "bulk" from the front has been somewhat moved to the back, makes more sense in a practical sense and gives off a more ME1-vibe. The colours are great, sort of a combination of what we're used to plus the alternate appearance look. The scars are still super sexy and it's good to see the bandage coming off.
Also: yay buckles!

I find it hard to believe that such a talented and creative art-team isn't capable of creating believable female aliens besides asari and quarians who are just modified human models. - As you said, it doesn't even have to be such a different model. - Shorten the fringe, widen the hips, give them a bit different facepaint/colourpalette or attire and it could WORK.
And nobody can tell me that between 2007 and 2011 none of the artists was capable of coming up with good concepts for female counterparts of the male aliens. That's rubbish. Especially when they have such a great team at their disposal.
And sorry, but the comment "What do you do? Put lipsticks and breasts on them?" is simply idiotic and a punch in the face for anybody who believes that the team is capable of creating something great. That the Art Director himself can't even adress this problem/wish with a straight face is quite alarming in my opinion.
