I have done 3 playthroughs already going on 4th, 2 male (same person me) & 1 female (going on 2) i have NEVER played hard or Insanity before & just want to do it to get the trophy without everyone dieing in the final mission. Any advice you could give me?

Just bring team members that excel at killing specific enemies in every mission, its that simple really. Completed my first playthrough on hard without any problems like that. For missions with synthetic enemies bring tech experts, for missions with organic enemies bring mordin and miranda. For last mission stick with mordin and miranda and its a breeze.

I am surprised you are asking something like this after 3 playthroughs LOL. Even after 1 playthrough the game becomes super easy I thought you were trolling at first

@ Scorpgul;i'm asking because i played it on normal all 3 times & i want to know how differnent it will be,i feard that it would go from fun to inpossiable.Better to just ask & find out what i'll deal with instead of being surprised.

I am playing on Veteran now using vanguard (1st playthrough), cant wait to try newgame+ @ insanity for my next playthrough

I only play on insanity so maybe I can help you out a bit. You should be prepared for every enemy to have armor/shield/barrier. Maxing out your squad members powers that destroy those is key imo. When you max them out, you should pick the Heavy version. You didn't specify which class your going to play so for the first time playing insanity I would suggest maybe the Soldier class.

You can get the incinerate trophy with Mordin. I haven't played Infiltrator on Insanity so I don't know how difficult it is. I play Vanguard mainly, but Adept is fun too. Good luck with getting the trophies

I'm on my Insanity play through right now and New Game + seems to help a lot with getting the Insanity trophy, and I'm also the solider class. Every enemy will have shield/armor/barrier. My solider class is ideal for taking down a barrier with a Heavy Concussive Shot.

My squad consists of: Zaeed equipped with a Geth Pulse Rifle w/disrupter ammo; Grunt equipped with either a Geth Pulse Rifle or Claymore Heavy Shotgun, both with Incendiary ammo, depending on the situation. Zaeed is key for taking down shields, while Grunt is key for taking down armor. Once I'm able to have Legion as a squad mate, I will use him as well, in place of Zaeed.

So far, my Insanity play through has been not as rough because of my strategy.
