 hello and thanks for taking the time to read this . well i downloaded every single dlc dragon age origins has and i had alote of fun with them but when i downloaded feastday gifts and pranks i read the description it said ~you'll find them at bohans all year-round~ i didn't actually get what they said but as sooon as the game started i went to bohan and found nothing i said okay maby after a couple of quests they should appear but i finished the game and i wasgoing to the landsmeet and still bohan had nothing i mean really is it just a rip off or what ......... or when and where do i find them

You should be able to buy them in camp from Bodahn's goods. Look for a bunch of random items that don't cost anything.

i only can find the other dlc item blood dragon final resone and other junk no gifts i know how they look like

Hi,
Did your Feastday gifts show up in your DLC that you purchased? I actually had them trying to download a few times now but all is ok as of late.

I actually started the Content updater manually with my security off, then logged into my BSN account, When you first start the game don't log in right away go to your options and make sure you have the download purchased content again box, then log in.

It is interesting that you can actually play the game because I couldn't even start a save until those downloads went through as that content was specific to my saves, I would get a pop up window telling what I need to download in order to play from my current saves. Or you had the option of a forced load, I definitely don't suggest that move because from my understanding not only could you lose items but it could also mess up chapters in game.

i downloaded it finished downloading then i went to my dlc list it was there then i logged into the game checked my journal and yup i found them went to bohan but no items then i rechecked my journal yup its still there ........ what should i do ???

That is still odd, so are you saying that you had this DLC even before the server went down? If that is the case I still don't get how you even got on to play from a current save, as I said I couldn't even load a game until these DLC's were downloaded.

Did you ever do the forced load option during the down server time ?

If so you may have lost the bind point to those DLC's, Wouldn't worry too much as they are just pranks anyway, and concider yourself lucky that you can actually start a game from a previous save.

It should rectify itself if you ever do a reinstall and start a new game.

hmm if i reinstall my game i will lose my awaking save and 2 finished dao playthroughs i'm not willing to do that lol what if i downloaded them by torrents would that fix the problem or what

Hi G.K.,

Not true, there should be a saves option when you do a reinstall if you don't trust it, I always go into by Bioware folder and put my Charcaters folder on the desktop and do a complete uninstall, and if you don't trust that you can always save them to a usb key.

Maybe you can do a little spring cleaning after you done this time around, I myself am in the Alienage now so not too much left then I can start Awakenings again and do my other DLC as well before I start DA2 to follow the storyline.

Well thats it hope you make out alright, Take Care and have fun, if you do get the gifts/pranks back just make sure you can buy them again from Bodahn , not sure but you could check at the keep to can't remeber if I could buy them there or not ??? as you can lose a good chunk of favor with some of them and there are some decent buffs with some as well.

I bought the Feastday combo pack 5 days ago and i know this thread is old but it was the first one i could find. I got the confirmation e-mail and it shows on my registered game content tab. But it will not show on my DA downloadable content nor can i install it. I've tried the manual update thing but that doesn't seem to help either... What can/should i do?

I have to admit that I have the same problem. I purchased Feastday Gifts, but I can't download it.

It wouldn't show in the downloadable content. It would show in the installed content straight after the first selection (it is a tiny download and gets to the right hand tab pretty fast if Bioware/EA have their stuff running well).

Can't download and Bodhan has nothing. Bored! Can you help me? And by the way, achievements. I just can't get Tinkerer altough I already have Crafty. This game is so brilliant, but can't stand those bugs..

If you own the DLCs, they should sync in-game.  So first, see if they're listed but labeled as "unauthorized".  If so, I suggest installing the 1.05 patch.

Other possibilities:

See the Solutions Round-up, linked in my sig below.  Go about halfway down the first post, and you'll see a link to the Dragon Age wiki, which deals with manual installation of DLC.

Finally, if you have any mods installed, they could potentially be interferring. 

If you need further assistance, please consult the "Read First" post at the top of the forum, and create a new post with the needed technical details.  That will help your fellow gamers troubleshoot.
