I understand that the DLC files are encrypted so you cannot change starting image.  I would have to edit the save file.  I have used the toolset to change faces in origin saves but I never messed with the outfits or equipment.

I loved Adonnay's weapon replacer. the weapons are simple but with beautiful detail.  I mean really who did they have design the Razor?  How would you even hold it with the 3 handles? What is this world of warcrap? Sorry just my little rant about weapon designs.

Hayder's Razor is actually not a DLC locked item. I have a mod to make it viable for the whole game already. It is not that difficult to do an appearance swap for it in the item file (UTI).
