Nice sarcasm but have you actually played the game on nightmare or you are just another sheep that finished the game on normal/hard with champion set and now thinks he is the king of the rpg's?sympathy4saren wrote...
There weren't enough enemies in this game....God of War 3 had WAY more. Plus...maybe next time include some epic fights ala GOW3 where you are climbing on a giant darkspawn!! Or a dragon! Combat overall needs to be amped up, and less menus and collectibles. This was a pretty good action game but I hope improvements are made to a third game.
This is called mass effect. One dog barks and all of the sheeps follow..
Man - you are true lol. Go outside, catch some fresh air and stop barking - you hurt my sheep's ears.

Can't answer for sympathy4saren but I've played the game thrice, two were on NM with bouts of Hard (especially early on) and then once on a modded NM that gave all the enemies Hard difficulty HP and yet lower HP for Assassins and other cloth enemies).
And there really need to be more of everything in DA3 to make it even better.

So I did an overpaint as to better illustrate it ~ for truly this would make all our weak little hearts beat a little faster. (save the poor quality of my painting).

Now that I think about it, now that they're including dinosaurs, wouldn't it be cool if one of your companions was a dinosaur?

Is there a way to skip conversations? The game was severely lacking on the action department. I would literally drool on my clothes while half asleep while the characters where talking about god-knows-what, instead of punching each others faces and stuff.

You're either being heavily sarcastic, or you are Laidlaw's perfect target audience.

As for the music - I kind of like it, and I listen to music in a similar vein from time to time.

No sarcasm here, it's not allowed ~ no it would be awesome if we could just skip all the dialogue, or if we could just attack them directly instead.
So you start the chat, and one of the first options is always "KILL" or "Punch" if the character can't die due to story reasons.

No no, just a normal menu button would do, and as to make the game more akin to its superior counterparts in GoW, DI, DMC etc. we need more action buttons than one, or it will feel too simplistic, so I'd prefer QTEs instead, preferably random buttons as to always test your reaction and really really force you to pay attention at all times.
It's going to be orgasmic.
& QTEs would also be good if they stayed to the rythm of the music, say to something fitting like www.youtube.com/watch

For DA2 I hear that it's alt+f4 for the PC, or perhaps the uinstall button, but that's only what I've heard, as I've never really understood sarcasm very well so I'll leave you to explore it and see if they are true or not.
But this is truly off topic, and please take concerns about the awesome button somewhere else, as this is more about getting more emotional bang by constant repetition of waves upon waves of enemies to the slaughter.

Should make breasts, bums and packages a lot larger and more revealing aswell. DA needs more of those.

It would also be good to have a random button for dialogue that way we would not have to select or even see the dialogue changes, random dialogue then in to the action with more blood, i love this.
Yeah. Sure. As long as you don't complain that you randomly end up in bed with a pushy, gay mage. Honestly - if you don't like role-playing, why do you bother playing role-playing games?

And why did you play DA2 if you like RPGs?
We are simply talking about improving what DA2 was good at, the action part - and the suggestion you criticised would allow the player more gratification and a quicker fix of emotional highs.

I played DA2 because I wanted to give it a chance - and it is labled as an RPG. DA:O was an RPG, is it so farfetched to expect the sequel to be of the same genre?
I don't think the action part was good. It was boring. Brainless. I feel gratification after a job well done, after finding a solution to a tricky situation or a puzzle. I feel gratification if I can solve problems without violence by simply using my brain. Slaughtering things is sometimes unavoidable, but I don't enjoy it. I liked DA:O because it sometimes gave me the oportunity to do things my way.
I don't get emotional highs when I fight stuff in a computer game. I find that boring. But maybe I'm just weird.
