Sorry, if the problem has been raised - if so, I can't find it anywhere.

I downloaded the game with the Dragon Age code. It works perfectly up to the moment, when in the Prologue you need to grab the M-100 Grenade Launcher - then it crashes. I have the 1.02 patch, I start the game as an administrator.

I use Widows 7 Home Premium, 64 bit; Intel Core 2 Duo E7500, 2.93Hz
ATI Radeon HD 5700, 4 GB, DirectX 10

What happens when it crashes? Any error messeges?

The sound functions normally - you can still hear Miranda and the background sound. However, the screen is still and pressing any button brings me back to the desktop with no error message.

Got the Runtime error: "Program: ...ectronic Arts\\Mass Effect™ 2\\Binaries\\MassEffect2.exe This application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way."

Nevermind, I got it. Third reinstallaton helped. Thank you anyways
