For some reason when i try and enter the code at the payment page it's giving me an error saying that the code is invalid, but i know it's right. I'v tried this multiple times and it's still now working. any help would be most appreciated.

What code are you referring to? The Mass Effect 2 code, I assume from the DA2 sequel offer, needs to be entered into EA Download Manager once you've installed and signed into it.

Now when i open the Redeem Code section from the EA Download Manager settings, the Redeem Code Tab just doesn't show anything, all i can see is the windows loading sign...
Can't say for sure whats up with this...

Close it, try again. Make sure your connection is fine, too.

I have the same issue, refreshing as well as restarting and reinstalling the download manager do not solve it.
