I have searched the forums but apparently nobody else has this bug: I get the item, walk to Anders'clinic where he greets me with his quest marker. But when I want to give the item to him, he just answers random stuff, no dialoge scene is initiated and the quest does not complete.

I tried to mess around with the zz_dae_debug command but when I select compainion quests it's stuck there and always reloads that wheel, without letting me choose my companion, quest etc.
