1st: even if that person was repeatedly battered by her, just like that, earlier? Or if said person was kidnapped and repetedly raped by her until they escaped but there was no proof to convict her but she still shouldn't get off with no punishment?Mesina2 wrote...

I don't blame the others for not doing anything. They don't know the story with those people.
Maybe the one getting beat up deserved it? We'd have no way of knowing.
1st of all even if she did something to them, NOBODY has right to do it to her
2nd if I was there, I would pick up a f*cking chair if needed to protect her
I think in those situations they have every right to beat her up like that.
2nd: Good for you. Get into a situation you aren't involved in and have no knowledge of and beat up someone with a chair who may or may not be completely justified.

Apparently it was the beating of a transgender woman. Opps there went all the conservative and/or sympathy! That makes me sicker than anything else
Ugh. I agree.

Yeah, I'm sure you're right, she kidnapped those two women and raped them so they beat the hell out of her in McDonalds. More likely its a senseless act of completely unjustified violence.

Extremely likely. You wouldn’t be jumping the gun by assuming here, it’s a pretty safe bet. If you hear hoof beats, you just go ahead and think horsies, not zebras. Mkay Mr. Silly bear?
Unless you live in Africa. Then it’s 50/50 I guess...

EDIT: One of the recent comments on the video mentions that the girl passed away at the hospital yesterday. I have no idea what to say about this -- if only I was there at the time...

No one deserves to be beaten in any way (unless you are a rapist, some one who goes around beating folks, etc). One day they will run into someone like me 6' tall who has practiced wrestling for 10 years. I wish I could find those two dogs. I would teach both of them what that felt like. I have watched tons of videos and I have never been so angry at one like this.

1st act of revenge is never justified. And that's just absurd statement. You got raped and second later you beat the crap out of that person in PUBLIC
2nd in that case if I see someone getting beat to death I should just stay away think to myself "that guy might be a bad guy here". THAT IS DUMBEST EXCUSE NOT TO HELP SOMEONE IN DISTRESS!
You have no idea how many innocent people died when beat to death while bystanders did NOTHING to help him/her.

This sort of stuff happens all the time. People would rarther stand and watch this stuff and film it for their youtube videos than do anything to stop it. It's like when there's a major car accident people just stand watching and filming it.
Perhaps the person recording the video is simply fostering evidence for the police?

I'm sorry but if you want to debate your going to have to back up your statements with why you feel them, not just say that is what you think.
For the second thing: Again, you are just yelling it is the dumbest excuse ever, which is not only not good for a debate, but it is also rude.
If you are not going to debate this like a gentleman, I am afraid we are not going to debate this at all.
Note: I made that statement not knowing that she was beaten bad enough that she died, that DOES change things and makes it so that it can no longer be justified.
