Not if you pick the right one at the right time ;). My religion changes depending on what bar I'm in, like a chameleon.

I was born Catholic, I'm just a complete Athiest. Whenever both Catholics and Protestants ask me about religion, I say Athiest, they usually have no problem with that but they still have that b*tchy attitude towards it like I'm an ant-christ, f*cking Christians :P

Me too but where I'm from causes a complication that seems to override that and starts arguments anyway when in Belfast. Some mad tart tried to attack me one night because I said it in a way that conflicts with her religion.

I worked in a job where they spent the entire first 3 days trying to figure out my religion while swapping dvds of IRA protests and riots with each other, they fired a guy for being protestant(obviously they didn't tell him that) then during lunch one day one of the guys informed me he didn't even believe in god. Bloody Christians!

Ah well atleast its not North Korea.

Terrible video. So much human weakness. Children expressing themselves with violence and ignorance. Cowardly onlookers, not intervening for fear of arrest, suit, or dismissal. An apathetic camera man filming what he knows is wrong. Press and police using an new womb to agitate an old one. Everybody sucks.

I always found it funny yet pathetic when people argue over the Derry/ Londonderry thing.

I feel nothing but misery after watching that. Those attackers were as savage as chimpanzees.

Yes, but this is the off-topic subforum. Also, I hate the Youtube comments.

So what? You don't have to comment on the thread if you don't like it...

And on-topic: It is indeed disgusting that things like this still happens. But then again, humans are nothing more than monkeys who are able to speak and kill each other on large scale...

We can also help people as well. Not all humans are bastards. I like to think that we may just be too intelligent for our own good sometimes.

I don't blame the others for not doing anything. They don't know the story with those people. Maybe the one getting beat up deserved it? We'd have no way of knowing.

Really? You would just stand by and do nothing "just in case" the victim was bad at one point?  The victim, even if bad, is not in the middle  of commiting any crime herself, therefore there's no immediate reason to-- Oh screw it, why am I explaining this? You're an idiot.

p.s. @Cornhole - I really don't think it was appropriate to post the video on here.  You could have just given a brief description.  In fact, it was probably better to post this on an entirely different forum.  ARGH, why am *I* posting in this?  *walks off*

Well, I personally believe that each human is capable of killing. Some people get a trauma of it, some actually enjoy it, but that depends completely on your personality. But I got to agree with you on the "we may just be too intelligent for our own good sometimes.". For example, I don't think it's really good for humantiy as a whole that we're capable of building nukes...

True, but I think it's great that we find all these cures for diseases and we can actually accept most criticism that's given to us and help other people, including dying animal species. While it's easy to say that the reason why animals are going extinct is because of us, most animals go extinct because of other animals. But now I'm starting to go into a different topic entirely. What I'm trying to say is that humanity can heal as much as it can destroy.

In South-America you have a lot of rich people that destroy huge parts of rainforest and make a plantation of it instead. In Africa, local farmers take huge pieces of the local nature, so the local wildlife has barely any space left. And animals don't make other animals go extinct. If animals are left alone, a perfect ecosystem will form. However, because we humans interfere, we completely disrupt it. We CAN indeed heal as much as we can destroy. But we wont.

People kicking each others asses at a McDonalds, what am I missing here?

Around here it is "common sense" for men to not get involved in cat-fights where they don't happen to know the participants. And people always takes videos of this sort of thing. Hell, whenever the cops show up people immediately take out their cell phones to get pictures or videos of whatever might occur.

Can't say I blame the bystanders in this day and age.

Every time you eat at McDonald's you give your health a beating worse than what those two girls dished out.

@ReconTeam

I understand what you are saying. One time (in 2010) I broke up fight between my neighbor and his girlfriend (who he was dragging down the stairs and outside). Did I call the police? Yes I did, but felt that if someone didn't help soon, the woman would end up seriously hurt (the police take a while in my neighborhood, they didn't actually show up for about 15 more minutes).

Well, about a few days later, Guess what?

He and a friend of his attacked me (I was just about to enter my apartment building after coming back from the grocery store) for breaking up the fight. Fortunately, Other people were there to help, as he and his friend were a lot bigger than me. And he and his girlfriend? They got back together about a week later. This may not have been exactly what you meant, but I do know that it is not always best to get involved.
