Nope, Treehouse messed up and released them all at once. You aren't the only one who missed out.

Why does this not surprise me.

You would think the Store would have its act together considering they've been selling lithos for over a year.

Can we please, PLEASE, go back to the advance notice, two release time method, because this just sucked. And if there is any pre-sale, it should be limited to one, if you want a second, you take your chances in the pool later.

I don't understand how the first one still sold so slow compared to this. Even though the first ninja-released, I would have figured word of mouth would have made its rounds. I ordered in the first release about 8 hours after the release. While for the final release, you had 17 min to get in on the action.
It could be because of Easter weekend? A lot of people were traveling and that's why they sold slowly. I found out just as they sold out of the last one last Saturday. It sucked, I knew I couldn't do the first release today so the second release was my fall back and it screwed me over. Treehouse really dropped the ball here.

Perhaps that word of mouth you mentioned continued to spread? All of us who had preordered it did talk about it after all! We might have swayed some of the noncmitted to make the purchase.
I also think people are hesitant with preorders in general, and here especially after what has happend with the Series 1 Action Figures, so a lot of people wanted to 'play the safe bet' and wait for the purchase.
Problem is it turned in to a "tiger or the tiger" situation; the 'safe bet' of its already released became the tiger of a mistake on treehouse's part (launching all remainders on the first sale of the day) and then the mistake selling through, and fast! The opposite was the 'safe bet' of securing one in preorder, but the (specter of a) tiger of 'well, preorders sometimes take forever'.

Now I understand these kinds of things do happen from time to time, even if they shouldn't. Nonetheless they could have always been avoided. Many people are willing to spend time waiting for something they may wish to have. In this case the piece wished to be attained happens to be a litograph - that for some unbelievable reason has been made a limited run. This kind of action between different people however requires a particular type of trust between both sides. A trust that should be honored to infinity. It is hard to trust into one another when the other side keeps failing the other.
I wasn't planning on buying Cerberus lithograph, and I did not. Though it still bugs me that others who had were let down - as was I. I sincerely hope this doesn't happen ever again as it does not do anyone any good.
I am glad for all who got their copy, but also sorry for anyone who did not.
What a shame. :/

And the site maintenance that day as well. Who would have expected them to pull a 'secret' release on the same day they'd already planned, and posted notice of, a site shutdown?
There have been problems plaguing the litho releases pretty much from the start. Maybe it's time for Bioware to look at the lesson learned with DC if THB can't get the job done.

Weren't they suppose to pre-announce the sale time and date for the remaining 250 left?
