My personal faves were the ninja spiders near the Dalish camp, and the giant giant one with the 20+ little ones in the Deep Roads

Umm, yes well they are fine as long as they are not near me... I dont rush abotu trying to knife them, nor do I want them dropping down over my head or floating in my bathwater!
Cute on nature programs mb... when i dont have to see them in person LOL

What a beautiful little creature. Spiders can be quite beautiful and their webs are just as great. They give us silk. God bless them. I support more spiders for DA3 and I want the PC to be able to have a giant pet one that helps in combat and makes silk when out of combat that the player can either make into clothes for their gender or that they can sell.

Someone needs to make the signatures now and the official spider group supporting the return of spiders for DA3.

Perhaps someone can solve this mystery for me...where the heck do those spiders on the Wounded Coast come from?? Not the ones in the caves, but the ones that plop down on you when you're walking along the sand. Are they on the clouds with the Carebears? It was most confounding.

I think DA3 could be drastically improved if the spiders were made playable species in it.

I'm not sure that would work.  The mage robes would make their bums look big

Mages suck and shapeshifting was a horrible specialization, but I'd be lying if I said I didn't love to change Morrigan into a spider and use overwhelm.

Agreed. The monstrous spiders dropping down on me creeped me out. That said, I'm all in favour for summoning one instead of a mabari.

I would be lying if I said that the audio cue for the spider drop (that pseudo web-extraction noise) didn't make me jump a little each time it happened. I probably shouldn't have headphones on when playing.

That said, I do have an appreciation for the real ones that don't attack me, especially the garden spiders. But if one suddenly lunges...

Every time I played a rogue I used that specialization, simply to have the spider. No wolves, no bears. Just the spider. SO CUTE. I loved the sound they made when walking too, reminded my of typing on a keyboard. I would trade the dog for a giant spider without hesitation. 

Of course, having a pet tarantula may make me a bit biased... :innocent:

I love it when i play dragon age  on high volme and get a heart attack when spiders come from no where in suprise
