I think they should not. Just for the plain reason that'll probably keep more people happy than not. If they keep her masked that means everyone can be happy, as they can just use their imagination. If they create a set look then THAT IS WHAT SHE LOOKS LIKE. No other option.

Well they could make it an option like a Paragon or Renegade interrupt.

I'm fine either way. I'm kind of curious, but masked characters do have a certain charm. I wouldn't like it too much if they started showing faces on Red vs Blue.

Even without being a Talimancer I would be pretty disapointed if they wouldn't show us her face. I'm waiting since 2008 for the reveal how Quarians look like.

Aaaand... I would be pleased if she and the other (female) Quarians don't look so sweet you'll get a toothache or like elves in space. Otherwise she would remind me to much of Aerie... and if characters remind me of Aerie, they always earn my disfavour. Annoying Avariel.

Me here!

I am totally open to them showing a Quarian face. Kal'Reegar would be my favourite. Just don't show a female Quarian face and I am all set.

It won't happen. If Bioware will decide (and I'm sure they will, because it's all about money, nothing personal) to show quarian face they will show Tali's face as well-it's 100% guaranteed.Overwise,if Bioware will show only Kal'Reegar 's face , community will be very,i mean, VERY angry. You do understand it ,right? ^_^

The only problem i have with Tali's face,is the fact, that we haven't seen it neither in ME1 nor in ME2...and my Shepard romanced her in ME2.So i'm cool with the face i draw on my mind. Now if Bioware will decide to reveal her face in the end of ME3....It looks so illogical to me.That trick would be so ordinary,so cheap and so old...

As i said,I'm 100% sure Bioware will show her face. It's all about money. Most people want to see it no matter what-and they will get what they want. Will Shepard romance her after that or not ...or...will the community
be disappointed or not -It's not Bioware's problem as long as they have our money....Becides,Tali is Bioware's character, not ours....

Bioware could show us her face in ME2 ,when Shepard romanced her.Revealing her face in ME3 just doesn't work for me,because i don't like such kind of tricks and I don't want any surprises.

I'd prefer no face. But a final cutscene showing her walking away from the camera towards a quarian ocean wearing only her suit lining would be awesome (assuming a good ending). She could be slightly off focus, with her cast-off enviro-suit lying in the sand in the foreground. A fine ending to the ME crew's Tali's Face running gag.

Actually I'm quite sure a dev said they weren't in favor of showing Tali's face. So not ALL of Bioware is for a face-show.

Dev said, that they've already started making a quarian face concept. But they are not 100% sure, how will quarians face look like at this moment.

True. Just pointing out that not ALL of Bioware is in favor. Just a majority.

Oh,ok,sorry ;)

I know that i will be disappointed anyway with her face, because i really want her to look like space elf...(Neytiri  from Avatar is perfect for me).Oh well....She is just a computer game character anyway,so i don't really care, lol. But i guess my Shepard will romance Miranda or Liara now.As i said,Bioware could show us her face in ME2 ,when Shepard romanced her.Revealing her face in ME3 just doesn't work for me,because i don't like such kind of tricks and I don't want any surprises.

I wouldn't mind if this was just about Tali, but not knowing what a whole species looks like is annoying.

I hope that at least one Quarian is revealed, even if they're injured/dying, so that we can at least get a general idea. Even seeing a Quarian husk would be better than nothing.
Considering the Quarian/Geth conflict will play a large role in ME3 I would be disappointed if we don't learn anything new about their appearance by the end of game.

We already have the Asari being basically a fan service. We don't need another beautiful humanoids. We need ALIENS.

Eh, I'm not really bothered either way. Though I have to wonder how it would be implemented if they did decide to show her face. Presumably the most opportune time - during the ME2 romance - has already passed. And I can see it being really awkward if done wrong.

I'd rather not see her at all but I'm too nice to get her killed in the SM just because I don't like her.

I'm hoping to see her face...I would be disappointed if she looks too human, my personal imagination of her is a kinda silvery, elfish, otherworldly look to her, but I would really like to see what the BW artists envision (decide) as her, I'm not going to be disappointed if she doesn't fit the image I created.

As for the non reveal of her face in Shep's romance with her, I felt BW did a great job in doing that...I felt a momentary...Damn it!!...but felt BW made the better choice, keep us hanging until ME3.

I'm curious as hell to see what she looks like, but i could do without it. Although, at the very least I would like to see what a non-Tali quarian looks like......

Is it wrong that I picture them looking somewhat like Na'Vi? Without ears?

Make it somehow optional for people who didn't romance her, and for people who did. That is a bit tricky to figure out, but if BioWare can make up a good way of doing it then fans will be satisfied.

Masked please. I like how people are coming up with different interpretations anyhow.

Why do you guys feel the urge to imagine Tali's face and depict her somehow? Just stay cool when the devs will provide us with a picture of her without mask. No big deal.

Probably the same reason why people like to predict what will be in the next games and stuff. We just like to make guesses about what will happen! Especially about characters that we like!

Anyways I will probably be fine either way about Tali. If they don't show her face, then nobody will be disappointed about how the quarians look. On the other hand, I feel like it would be...a waste if they never show what the quarians look like. It would be a whole race that we never, strictly speaking, know what they look like! Considering how much we already know about the quarians I think that it would be neat to see what their faces look like at least...Especially for people who romanced Tali.

I really want to see what they come up with. Sure, I have my own ideas, but i think i can handle anything, my imagination is nothing sacred to me. I prefer to be confronted with the way things are, not the way I like them to be.

It is their character, not the fans, they can do what they want

Though showing the face will cause more 'uproar' than not showing it

I would rather they preserve the mystery. However, it's not going to be a gamebreaker if they do.

Welcome to Target, how may I help you?

Well, I'd like to return my copy of Mass Effect 3.

Okay, what seemed to be the problem with the game? Was it broken when you opened the box? I just need to know this stuff before I give you your money back.

Well, Bioware, the developers, spent years developing this character named Tali Zora Vas Normandy. She has a mask on throughout the series. However, someone at Bioware decided that unmasking Tali for the final act was a good idea. Turns out, she didn't look like I expected her to. As a sign of my disappointment, I am returning my game. Nobody should contradict my personal wishes.

...Okay...well...can I get the recite?

I don't have it.

So you don't have the recite, or a legitimate reason for returning the game.

That is correct.

Next!

Nonononono! I want you to give me my money back! This isn't fair!

Without your recite, I can't give you it back.

I'm not paying for this crap.

Apparently you already did.

Hilarious!

I'd like to see a quarian's face at some point. It doesn't have to be Tali's...hell, I'd be perfectly fine with the reveal showing up in a citadel advert for enviro-suit repairs or something. XD
