Details about your problem.
1. What is the nature of the problem you are seeing?
Example: Cut scenes stutter and slow down. Twice game has crashed to desktop and twice I've had a total crash and reboot of my machine. Also sound cuts in and out during cut scenes. Party banter sounds like its in a fishbowl.
2. When did the problem start occurring?
Problem started after patch 1.02.
3. Where does your problem occur? Issue keeps happening during Fools Rush In when trying to recruit
Isabela. Tabbing out to desktop and back solved it temporarily. Crash
also occured after equipping the Lion of Orlais on Aveline. The last crash and reboot occured during the Wolves mission for Sr. Patreice
4. What are the steps in replicating the problem?
During Fools Rush In, Start scene where Isabela brushes off Lucky then start dialog. Game stutters and goes a few FPS per second during this scene. Crash often occurs here. No crash report comes in from WhoCrashed so I'm unsure if it's a driver issue or a hardware issue. I either get the Dragon Age II has stopped responding message or a total crash and reboot of my machine with no error message given.
5. Have you modified your game in any way? No
In terms of troublshooting I've gone back to DX 9, which means only Medium Graphics quality, no high res textures and such. No matter what I do, I keep having these issues. Any help is appreciated.
