Another thing; we should hope for the best with Sanders' design because I very much doubt he'll play a bit role if he turns out to be Kahlee's brother, which is rather likely.
Uh, no. It's extremely unlikely, because the only child her father had with her mother was her. And 'Sanders' is her mother's surname.

No, perfectly decent character who is a terrible person. Unless you mean he lacks good character.

Apologies, didy. I haven't read the books -- I got most of the way through the first one but put it down and haven't quite gotten back into it. I just ran with some 'is this Kahlee's brother?' statement I saw weeks ago and thought that meant as such.

Too bad the teams broken up. Biowares games are becoming too predictable now. I wonder how they're to fit it into the story this time.

I hate it when people say things like this........It's like they don't know what a bad character is. A badcharacter is one that dosen't bring up any emotion and the viewer is indifferent to the characters fate. If the character dies, the viewer fells nothing. A good character gets an emotional reponse from the viewer, they have opioions on the character one way or another. It they feel something when the character dies or even want thecharacter to die, then the job or the character is done and is a good character.yorkj86 wrote...

Is short, if youwant to kill Kai Lang, it's because he's a horrible person and you hate him as a person, not if he is a bad character. Saying you want to kill KaiLeng because he's a bad character is like saying you want to kill Iago from Othello because his a bad character.

OK, that's ambiguous. Do you:
1. Hate him because he does things you find despicable?
or:
2. Think, purely in terms of storytelling, that he doesn't work as a character, regardless of how good/evil he is?

It's still possible he's a relative from her mother's side though. The books just say she has no immediate family.

Ah, yeah. So 'half-brother' is a possibility.
If the character of Kai Leng really does show up, which looks blatantly likely, I'd be a bit perplexed at the idea of a guy with the last name of 'Sanders' having zero relation, anyway. I mean, it could certainly happen but it seems one of those lines that writers don't often tread.

Jack's technically not a criminal. That jail was privately owned and therefore the equivalent of a mall jail.ShadowJ20 wrote...
Some squad mates might not be able to show up to the trial.
Jack is a wanted criminal.
Miranda and Jacob are known Cerberus Operatives. And Cerberus is an enemy of the Council. So they might be put into custody if they show up.
Thane might visit Kolyat or Keplar Syndrome might be a problem.
Tali is with the Migrant Fleet.
Samara seemed to be there only for the suicide mission. Or she could leave you because you killed 300K+ Batarians.
Grunt isn't much use at the trial. So he's probably at Tuchanka.
Garrus, Ashley/Kaiden, Sanders and Liara are able to show up to trial with no problems (and they don't really have anywhere to go). There probably going to be your starting squad mates. They were confirmed first.
No one is a known Cerberus Operative, not even the Illusive man is known. If they just change their clothes than no one will be any the wiser.
Thane I will give you, because the year gap would easily overshoot his months till his symptoms became noticable/problematic, can't remember what it was off the top of my head.
Tali may well be exiled/not be an admiral anyway. It all depends on what you did. Even if she is an admiral however she is still vas'Normandy.
Samara wants impossible challenges, with her daughter dealt with she may well choose to stand by you if you were paragon. Her code allows her to kill those who stand in the way of it's justice and more likely than not it includes the whole needs of the many thing.
You're Grunt's battlemaster, and even if he's not at the trial that doesn't mean he's not returning.
They also only start you off with 2 squaddies, my guesses as to that are the Chicken Man and the second human Spectre.

This is it, folks. They actually did it.

Uh, yeah, she is. Did you never talk to her about her exploits? Or did you not see the giant "WANTED" image of her displayed in LotSB? Besides which, everyone on Purgatory was a real criminal, at least as far as being convicted of something goes. Governments sent their worst there because they either could not or did not want to deal with them. The extortion part was just a bonus Kuril cooked up.

Plenty of people are. Many of them recently got arrested. And Jacob and Miranda definitely are known now.

Not really. I don't think BioWare's so stupid to make old character like Garrus and Tali "unloyal" again.
It's probably just a temporary split-up. Or so I hope.

Your missing the point. If you hate him, than that means he's a good character. If hate him that means that you hate him as a person. He can't bea terrible character and be hated at the same time. If he was a bad character than you would not care for him at all, like most people don't care about Jacob.yorkj86 wrote...
