problem with books finishing the story is it won't be able to take into account the variables from the game(s). they'll just go with a 'cannon' Revan (which if I remember right is male jedi who romanced Bastilla) rather than taking into account the variables of gender, jedi/sith, Carth/Bastilla/Juhani/nobody and such

Aye but I kept a slim hope they would find it in their black hearts to some day release a true sequel. Its like my hope for Shenmue 3. I know its not coming but still I hold on.

Sligthly OT, however. I remember Yu Suzuki talking about Shenmue 3 on the GDC this year. There is still hope.

Not sure whats the deal with the fan outrage considering countless fans over the years have been asking to find out what happens to him.

Everytime Yu Suzuki speaks in public they start questioning him about Shenmue3 and he drops hints like this. I'll believe him when its finally released.

As far as the whole fans wanted to know what happened Revan thing, they wanted to know what happened to their Revan. Not a canon Revan where they have no choice.

Probably just read the plot summary on wiki. Just curious how it will end.

I'm betting that Revan dies sacrificing himself to make it take longer for the Sith invasion to come about in TOR.
