Anyone know what the modifier regarding 100% of dmg incoming whatever means?

Pretty sure that it means that whenever an enemy attacks you they receive the same amount of damage that they dealt to you (sort of like some counterattack thing though I don't think there's an animation).

Not sure how effective it is but I suppose that it doesn't hurt to put it on your tank - if I'm not wrong the way that enemies have heaps of health and low damage while you and your companions have little health and heaps of damage means that the damage output from equipping the ring is a lot less than it may sound like.

Dunno about the ring, but there are a couple of shields with that ability.

I'm pretty sure it's for sale at the Trinkets Monger in Lowtown. Can't remember it also being a drop.
