My opinion:
1) Vesion for everyone - PC, PS3, 360
2) Every DLC for all parts
3) Videos on how to develop several effects of lighting/explosions in Unreal Engine 3
4) Videos with everything else
5) Mini Lithos inside - (you select what will be put to your box or EVERYONE)
6) Item, like credit card on your name that looks like credit chit,
7) Discount on bioware store/projects
8) Soundtracks discs
9) All this signed by developers team
10) UNIQUE model.
11) Small Flash/disk with every comic/book/description
12) A invite ticket (in limited numbers) to see Bioware development grounds and some of the team.
13) By wish/special limited piece - POWERFUL VIDEOCARD (+cost of videocard) designed in prothean style, made by prothean engineers and decorated with lights/drawings of their top artists.

Bioware either have to release source codes and Unreal Engine 3 tutorials or do it themselves.

Like have Drew Struzan design the covers for each game, and include a making-of in a each. I'd buy it at a high price.

I just hope it will have decent boxart, not ME2: Future Warfare version.

Personally I would like to see ME1, 2 and 3 remade in a couple of years with these new features.
-Improved graphics
-The games made better
-All DLC and Patches
-A "Mission maker" mode where you can create your own missions and upload them online (A bit like Little Big Planet)
-New weapons, armor, quests Etc

Mission maker is tool takes a lot of time to create to please everyone. Although, there is UE3 and it`s flexibility and power with free tutorials and UDK. Learn it.
In several years the whole programming techniques may change and hardware to the current day won`t be able to run it, although everyone still write on C++ and even LISP with Assembler.

Potential upgrades in order of importance/relevance (new engine):
1. Combat (ME3-style)
2. Graphics (higher res textures, no frame rate issues, no screen tearing, less noticeable jaggies, etc)
3. Inventory (see 3.)
4. Physics (see 3.) - Mako, etc.
5. All new environments for existing UNC planets/sidequests, more content*
6. *Includes tons of new missions and sidequests
7. A larger Citadel/areas to explore - a more open-world orientation
8. All new and extended squad dialogue/conversation extending to the new worlds, quests, etc.
9. More codex, lore-building, etc to do with central plot figures such as the Shadow Broker and Cerberus, etc.
10. A complete re-imagining/reinvention of resource mining and collectibles.

1) All three games with all patches and DLCs (at least with playable content, I do not care about skins and Armor parts)
2) All comics and novels
3) Complete soundtrack from all games
4) No DRM (I played ME1 and was happy, I played ME2 and was angry about DVD in my drive and I do not know whether I will play ME3 (without crack), I hate registering game to one account from various reasons (one of them is that I have read and do not accept the end user license agreement), nevertheless the point is that it is quite easy to find and download "illegal" copy of the game free so what is the point of making life harder for paying customers? More importantly I had problems with every kind of DRM at least once, for example ME2 was not working because of no DVD in the drive so I inserted Disc 1, but the message was still same, I accidentaly inserted Disc 1 from ME3)
4) No region specificity (I hate when I can not see youtube video because of my IP and when I can not install DLC because of my version of the game)
5) As low price as possible
6) No new (day one) DLCs for more $$$
7) Complete codex with all entries from all games
8) Possibility to make new character in ME2 or ME3 and choose what Shepard did in previous game(s) without necessity to replay them
9) Cheats (no clip in ME2 would be very helpful for me, I had to restart few times because I was stuck somewhere)
10) Collectors edition with collector:)
PS: Happy end with Shepard and his/her romance would be great but I will be satisfind with any ending with more answers then questions.

No news on DLC, but it's confirmed for XBOX and PC for the 6th, but no news on a PS3 release date.
No news on the WiiU getting a version at all.
