Mage, Carver, Aveline, Varric. 

I have everyone specced into getting ccc talents as quick as possible.  I only have one set of ccc right now but when it works it is a thing of beauty. With the next 2-3 levels, I should get 2 or 3 more sets of cccc.  Will be able to amp up the damage then. 

I haven't used Makers Sigh yet, so I might beable to have 1 more ccc set right now, but haven't looked into it yet.

You could always just give her the creation tree; I did and I think it is stupid she did not have before.

sounds like fun, except I think part of the fun (at least for me) is the sense of accomplishment after barely making it through a really tough battle where only one or two party members have survived. All of my party members including Hawke end up receiving lots of injuries. 

I honestly don't think I could make it through without lots of dying, let alone complete the entire game with zero injuries.
