Bloom, and there are no gauntlets and boots that go with king something the forgotten's armor as a set, but there are plenty that can works. For gauntlets, i'd suggest Ser Maura's Gauntlets.

If you have Bloom, be sure to have Celebrant (sword) in your inventory as well. As Bloom is Ice damage only.
