Since i am upgrading Dexteriety and Strength then i thought it may be alright for me to use Heavy Armor or something?Bearing in mine my Rogue is a DPS that uses Sword and Dagger.
What Is The Best Armor For A Str/Dex Rogue To Wear?

I am currently building a strength rouge as well. Right now I am using the warden commander armor. It's stats are pretty rouge friendly:
+1 armor
+0.5/+1 stamina regeneration in combat
+15% critical/backstab damage
+10 physical resistance
+50 stamina
+10% fire resistance
Set: -10% fatigue
Set: +10 health
Remember you can "upgrade" most armor sets in the game by selling them to the smith at Warden's Keep, then buying them back. mine upgraded from red steel to dragonbone.
Also be sure to get the Dual-Weapon Mastery box because that will let you wield two longswords. Goal for pre Awakenings is to use the Starfang and Duncan's Blade.
I don't know what swords or armor are available in Awakenings (haven't played it yet) so I can't speak for any loot there.
This is bearing in mind you have both Warden's Keep and Return to Ostigar DLC's
